2. Usage Purpose & Advisor Responsibility

InsurMantra is a productivity tool designed for licensed insurance advisors and agents. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the client information entered into the application complies with IRDAI regulations, client consent, and Indian data protection laws.

3. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, app screen designs, and software code related to InsurMantra are the exclusive property of InsurMantra Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the application without prior written permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

InsurMantra provides automated policy reminders and calculations as a productivity aid. We are not responsible for any policy lapses resulting from device network failures, phone loss, or incorrect manual entries by the user.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
